My Personal Story and Why Removing My Thyroid Didn't Fix Everything

Reader,

Let me share a bit about my story, and what it’s really like to live without a thyroid… or with one that isn’t being treated the right way. 🫩

Back in 2007, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had already spread to my lymph nodes.

A year later… it came back!

After multiple surgeries and three rounds of radioactive iodine that didn’t work, I ultimately had my entire thyroid removed... along with many lymph nodes.

And I truly believed that would be the turning point.
Remove the problem → take the medication → feel better.

But the opposite happened. 😰

I didn’t just feel “off”… I felt worse. And then worse than that.

The fatigue was next-level... completely debilitating.
On top of that came depression, anxiety, constant illness, and a growing list of allergies.

I kept being told, “you just have a weak immune system.”
But no one told me what to do about it.

So still… I felt like garbage. 😥

There were days I didn’t even want to be here, and I’m not saying that lightly.

That’s when I finally looked at the one thing I hadn’t fully explored:

Nutrition.

Even though it had always been part of my world, I hadn’t gone deep enough in the context of my own healing.

And surprisingly… that’s what started to change everything.

It changed things so much that I completely shifted my career and became a Certified Nutrition Specialist, because I needed real answers, not just for myself, but for others going through the same thing.

This is now what I’ve dedicated my life to:

Helping those of you dealing with thyroid dysfunction actually understand what’s going on, and how to treat your body properly so you can get back to the healthy life you once had!!

Here’s what I want you to know:

Whether you have a thyroid gland or not...
fatigue is not something you just have to live with.

And even if you’ve felt awful for years… it doesn’t mean you’re stuck there.

I’ve been where you are.
And I’ve come out the other side.

That’s why I care so much about helping you catch these symptoms early, and actually do something about them before they spiral.

If you’re starting to feel that shift (or you’ve been stuck in it for a while), let’s figure out what your body actually needs.
